A Friday you probably know.

At eleven, a vendor arrives while you’re in court, with a patient, or leading a meeting. We’ve gone over the work with you, so the person at the door knows what was agreed and what needs your approval.

An hour later, the school schedule changes. The dog still has an appointment. We check with the people involved and make sure everyone has the new plan.

By afternoon, next week’s trip has changed. The flights, hotel, ground transportation and household schedule need to move together. We sort through the options and bring you the decisions that matter.

At your other property, a question comes up. We know who manages it, what was decided last time and which answer needs to come from you.

By the end of the day, you know what happened, what’s finished, and what still needs you.

I’m Dennis “Dee” Batten. For more than 20 years, I’ve worked in executive household management and personal assistant roles for private families and executives. I’ve learned that the hard part is rarely the appointment itself. It’s knowing the history, understanding who needs to be involved, and seeing how a change at home affects the office, the trip or the next property. That’s the care I bring to Xecutive Services.
